The first cabinet in the Hands-On Room. This cabinet contained a variety of artifacts primarily from the Mediterranean to Near East, like unguentarium, shabti, and loom weights.

The Hands-On Room is a small seminar room that consists primarily of three cabinets that contain many of the departments artifacts. These artifacts have been acquired over time, and each case represents different groupings of objects acquired.
